Account deletion

Cut Master stores your email address (when you sign in) and the projects you create so you can sync and share them. Depending on how you pay, payments are handled by Google Play, the Apple App Store, and/or Stripe on cutmaster.app. Cut Master does not store payment card details.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Cut Master (web or mobile) and sign in.
2. Open the Settings panel.
3. Choose Delete user account and follow the on-screen instructions.

This removes your account and the project data associated with it from our active systems, as described in our Privacy Policy (section on reviewing, updating, or deleting your data).

Subscriptions and project files

If you have an active Journeyman or Craftsman subscription, cancel it in Billing (Stripe Customer Portal) before deleting your account, or billing may continue until you cancel with Stripe.

Deleting your account removes projects you own, manager access you granted, and project files stored for your account, subject to backup and retention described in our Privacy Policy.
